FAQ Phone Cases
1. Which phone models do you have cases for?
We have cases for most iPhone models. When you start the design process, you’ll see a list of all available models. The charms or we call them BLNGZ! can be attached to cases for any phone model, so you can order BLNGZ separately and design your own case at home.
2. Are the cases durable?
Our cases have edge protection and are shock-resistant, with a good grip and solid side buttons. All cases are carefully tested to ensure the best possible protection for your phone.
How do I attach charmz to the cases?
Charms are attached to phone cases using 3M adhesive. Remove the protective back from the charms and attach it to the case. Make sure the case is clean before applying. Press on the charms multiple times during the first few days to eliminate any air bubbles between the charms and the case. Please see DIY Tutorials for detailed instructions.
3. How many BLNGZ (charms) can I choose?
The number of BLNGZ you can add depends on the package you choose:

4. Can I buy extra charms separately?

5. Can I return a customized product?
Since your case is personalized just for you, we typically don’t accept returns on customized products.
But — if something’s wrong or your order arrives damaged, we’ve got you!

6. Do you ship outside the UAE?
Yes we do! 🌍
We ship internationally — just note that shipping fees will apply outside the UAE.

FAQ Laptops
1. Which laptop sizes does the cover fit?
The case is made for 14" laptops, but works perfectly also for 12-13" laptops - with some extra space for your other essentials!
2. What colors are available for the laptop case?
Black, pink, purple, and blue
3. What colours do the shoulder straps come in?

4. How do I attach patches?
Place your patches to your liking, and use a regular iron to attach the patch to your laptop case. Place a sheet of baking paper between the patch and the laptop case to protect the material. Set the iron to medium heat. Iron on by pressing with the iron on the patch for about 1 minute. When removing the iron, place any slightly heavier object on top of the patch. This prevents the Laptop Case from warping due to the heat, which could push the patch off before it has time to properly set and dry. Check your patch after applying to make sure it has attached well. Please see DIY Tutorials for detailed instructions.
