Once you’ve begun assembling or using your product, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns. We therefore recommend carefully reading and watching our assembly instructions before you begin – to make your experience as smooth and fun as possible!
You always have the right to return your order within 7 days of receiving it, provided that:
You can provide a receipt or order number.
The product is unused, unassembled, and in its original, unopened packaging.
Returns are not accepted if the seal is broken or the product has been altered or damaged.
Please email us at support@blingmyvibe.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll help you from there.
Note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and approving the return, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, we will of course replace it free of charge. In such cases, BlingMyVibe will cover the return shipping costs.
