Welcome to BlingMyVibe ("BlingMyVibe," "we," or "us") website, www.blingmyvibe.com (the "Website"). These terms and conditions (the "Conditions") apply to the orders placed by the customer ("you") in your capacity as a consumer for purposes outside of commercial or professional activities. By using the Website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Conditions.

Please review the Conditions and make sure that you understand them before placing an order. If you reside outside of the UAE, different terms may apply depending on your location. We reserve the right to change these Conditions at any time without prior notice. The Conditions available on the Website at the time of your order will be the version applicable to your order.

Placing an order To place an order, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. All orders are subject to availability, and the inclusion of any products on the Website at a specific time does not guarantee their availability. Orders can only be placed via the Website. Please ensure that all details provided are true and correct, as we will use them to communicate with you regarding your order.

Our contract When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email is an acknowledgement only and does not constitute acceptance. A contract will be formed when we send you an e-mail confirming that the products have been dispatched. Only the products listed in the dispatch confirmation email will be included in the contract. If we have received payment for products that are no longer available, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method.

Pricing Prices on the Website are in AED (د.إ) and include VAT where applicable under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017. Prices exclude delivery costs, which are added at checkout.We strive for accuracy in all pricing, product descriptions, and availability. If an error in pricing is discovered after your order has been placed, we will contact you and offer the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled.
BlingMyVibe is not responsible for any currency conversion fees your bank or card issuer may apply.

Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other locally accepted payment methods in the UAE. Upon ordering, we conduct a pre-authorisation check to ensure sufficient funds. Your card is charged once the order is accepted. All payments are processed securely.

Delivery Orders are shipped from our UAE fulfilment partner. Delivery options include standard and express shipping, subject to availability. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location, courier services, and peak periods.

Returns  As BlingMyVibe offers customisable and DIY products, we are unable to accept returns once an item has been customised.
We offer a 7-day return policy for non-customised, unused items in their original packaging:

  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Packaging must be intact and unopened.
  • The product must not have been assembled, used, or altered.

Returns are accepted only if labels and packaging are fully intact and products are undamaged. Items with broken seals or signs of use are not eligible.

To initiate a return, email support@blingmyvibe.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item, excluding shipping charges.
Orders that are shipped and not collected will incur a handling fee.
Products purchased on www.blingmyvibe.com cannot be returned at retail stores. We do not offer exchanges.
If you receive a defective product, we will replace it at no cost. Refunds are not issued for minor defects; replacements will be provided.

Right of Cancellation In line with UAE consumer protection laws, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@blingmyvibe.com, provided the order hasn’t shipped. If your item has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns policy.

Discount Codes Promotional and discount codes may be offered occasionally. Terms will be specified at the time of offer. Only one code can be applied per order.

Intellectual Property All content on the Website (including text, images, icons, videos, and designs) is the property of BlingMyVibe or its licensors. You may download content for personal use only. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or resold without prior written consent.

User-Generated Content ur website and social media may feature user-submitted content. BlingMyVibe assumes no legal liability for such content. If you believe your rights are infringed, contact
support@blingmyvibe.com.

Design Submissions  By submitting designs, photos, or videos to BlingMyVibe (e.g., for social media features), you grant us the right to use and share this content for promotional purposes. Creators retain copyright of their original work.

Privacy Please review our Privacy Policy for how we collect and handle your data.

Colours We aim to display colours as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact representation due to differences in device displays.

Applicable Law These Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved through the UAE courts. Consumers in the UAE may also be entitled to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 24 of 2006, as amended).

Faulty Items If your product has a manufacturing fault, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Describe the issue in detail and include photos where applicable. We’ll assist you promptly.

Limitation of Liability BlingMyVibe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses unless required under UAE consumer laws. Products and services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those legally required.

Miscellaneous If any part of these Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain valid. BlingMyVibe reserves the right to assign any claims related to payments to third parties.
